I've never owned a custom knife, but I've handled a few. This knife beats them all, hands down. I was initially skeptical about this brass version with the advertised 10 oz wt. This gladly came in at 8.4 oz. (Same as my Ckf Muscle). I can honestly say this is the BEST knife I've ever held. The smoothness, the action, solid build, finish all perfect.
