This made a great knife for a beginner (like me)
    Craig G.
I have had this for a month or 2 now and I use it all the time. I am learning lots of tricks and also use it for general use. I have no complaints save one. The latch likes to get in my way, but is only frustrating when it prevents the knife from closing while doing a move. I honestly have no other complaints, except ones that were my fault not the knife (cough 5 cuts that bled so far cough), and so they won't be mentioned.

I noticed that after seeing some wear and tear, I noticed cracks in the metal like around the latch and the safe handle in the same spot. I wore this every day, and I had dropped it on concrete, which obviously I didn't mean to, but over time, it eventually led to it breaking by the latch and then the whole bite handle came off. While I know that was my fault, I still think it's worth mentioning that if you drop this on the concrete or hard floors maybe 25-40 times, it will not survive.

Conclusion: This is a great knife for someone who wants to not spend hundreds of dollars on a knife when they're buying their first bali. It's durable and a great beginner knife and looks very sharp (no pun intended) BE CAREFUL with it especially around hard floors when you are still learning. It will not withstand as much concrete as you would think. Otherwise I have nothing but glowing reviews for it
