Description

Description

This Spyderco Delica 4 knife has a limited edition Zome green and yellow FRN handle and a full-flat ground CPM-S30V stainless steel blade that is satin finished with a plain cutting edge.

The blade on the Delica is premium CPM-S30V stainless steel from Seki-City Japan and features spine jimping that extends from the ramp to the top of the handle. The Spyderco original thumb hole on the blade allows ambidextrous one-hand opening for right or left handers and the phosphor bronze washers at the pivot make the blade action smooth. The Delica has a lightweight FRN (fiberglass reinforced nylon) handle with skeletonized stainless steel liners and a strong back lock mechanism. The handle features screw construction for quick, simple cleaning and adjustment. The FRN scales utilize Spyderco's patented Bi-Directional Texturing to keep your hand from slipping under pressure. The pocket clip is 4-way reversible for tip-up/down and left/right carry.

The Delica is a smaller version of the Spyderco Endura knife. Both knives have been extremely popular over the years thanks to their lightweight, high performance build and affordable price.

This is such a pretty knife and functional as well. I put a blue anodized titanium deep carry clip and it looks great!

Muchly anticipated I finally received this raved by many EDC knife. So I love the cool Zome painting pattern. It was a bit tight Whn I received it and FRN is a bit sharp but should smooth out just by handling it. Blade size is great but I do wish handle was a bit longer to grab like endura.
Thanks, Late Boyscout

The Delica is probably my favorite handy small folder. Especially the 2 that I have that have the old integral plastic clip.
Late Boyscout posted a review of this knife on YouTube and I thought it was kind of cool that each knife's coloring was a little different. When he mentioned that it had an S30V blade, I was sold. Now I have 5 Delicas. This is a sweet little Spyderco! The only change I'd make is to change the clip to black.
Needs a little TLC but good knife

I already had a Delica 4 with the ZDP-189 steel, and I love the design. It is one of my favorites for daily carry. I purchased this one for the S30V steel, and I kind of liked the scale pattern. This one was a bit rough in comparison. The pivot was very stiff even though the adjustment screw was loose. I will have to take it apart to fix this. Also the Spyderco hole on this was left very sharp, I will be using a light sandpaper to fix this, since it is sharp enough to cut if not careful. So a good design, but quality control seems to be a little lacking. Nothing I can't fix, but a bit disappointed.
