It's simply fun!

I realy enjoy this tiny EDC. In terms of utility it is a two and a half to three stars blade, for this weight class you'd be much better off with a Spyderco Dragonfly for useful blade geometry and handle comfort. The Dragonfly is not ugly at all but it does not hit the stratosphere in aesthetics like this little Katana does for me. I like to pair a small and large edc for my daily cary. In that philosophy this little guy is perfect.
I would pay $20 more for a more premium blade steel but not for titanium handle scales which I hope StatGear is learning now.

Minus a very slight side to side play in the clip (that do I wish was deeper carry with a loop over clip) the fit and finish it really good with great lock up and out of box sharpness. The only other very minor ding is that I absolutely can not open it with one hand using my thumb against the stud.
Less expensive model

When I saw this at a lesser price point because of replacing the titanium, I had to get it. I know itís heavier than the original but for its purpose itís a nifty little blade.
