I decided to try a Chinese made knife from a reputable company that does not seem to survive by making knock offs of Western knife companies. It arrived in a case with a tool to take it down if necessary. Very sharp, razor sharp in fact. The satin finish looks hand rubbed to achieve the remarkable finish which is enhanced by the black portion of the blade. Detent is perfect for the thick heavy blade which flies out when flipped. Everything perfectly centered. The knife reminds me of something you may see in the oriental weapons department of a museum. Very Impressed
