Beautiful and Classy
William W.
It's unfortunate that BladeHQ's photos of this knife are so bad, showing it as dull gray, because the handle is mostly brown with the most gorgeous bronze or golden highlighting in many places, making it one of the most beautiful knives I've seen. The milling on the tops and front edges is gorgeous and grippy. The jimping is probably the best I've ever seen on any knife - it holds your thumb without feeling like it's going to cut your thumb. The blade is just way, way cool,, and very functional. Two problems: 1. the lockup is very early, which is a bit scary to me, because I like my fingers, and I may end up working on that a bit; 2. when the blade is closed, you can cut the crap out of your finger if you run it between the bottoms of the handle, because the very sharp edge is slightly too far up between the handle sides, so watch out for that. Overall, though, this is a functional beauty, and even though I just got it, it's already at or near the top of my carry list.
