This Combat Axe/Hammer features a full-length, integral, tapered and skeletonized tang to reduce overall weight and provide a no fail handle. Caswell no-glare finish provides protection and a viable tactical application. Forward weight distribution packs an effective blow, and Canvas Laminate handle scales go the full length of the handle allowing multiple grip positions. An integral glass breaker extends beyond the Canvas Laminate handle scales. Felt lined Kydex carrier with nylon webbing belt hangers.

Daniel Winkler has been making knives full time since 1988 and has more recently started the Winkler Knives product line after working with the Special Forces Teams in the United States Military and Allied Forces from around the world. The knives and axes in the Collection are all custom made in his shop. The product line are created through the stock removal process instead of being hand forged.
