The stylish, slim, and ever-popular Skyline folder has a swanky new getup that includes carbon fiber scales and a premium S30V steel blade! It's only available here on Blade HQ in limited numbers, so get yours now!

The Skyline is one of Kershaw's most popular knives and for good reasons: it is slim, pocket-sized and elegant. The knife opens easily with the flipper, using just the index finger of either hand and a flick of the wrist, or use the dual thumb studs. The steel liner lock secures the blade in place and the handle offers a secure grip in the hand with a deep index finger groove. Includes a reversible pocket clip.

Worst factory grind ever. Still a keeper.
John B.
I guess S30V is difficult enough to work with that the folks in the edge department still haven't made it all the way up the learning curve. Mine arrived with a needled point (not in the blade design, look at the picture) and two reasonably attractive bevels that utterly failed to meet and form an edge. It's not a big deal for me, I have a Wicked Edge and can correct this without much more work than I already planned to spend on the knife. But it is a bit disappointing. Ah well, no worries. In all other regards a fine and stellar knife, an improvement over the original and I highly recommend it.
Very Nice Knife for the Price
Jarold C.
The fit and finish was excellent. Very lightweight because of the carbon fiber scales. Premium steel too. Smooth action is acceptable. Great ergonomics. Solid locking. Tip up and tip down always welcome, but thumb studs are only for right-handers. The knife could barely cut paper and will need sharpening. Even so, I still gave it 5 stars for the premium features at this great price with fast, free shipping.
Nice knife

Just got this in the mail today. The Skyline was the first ever knife I bought some 12 odd years ago so it holds a special place in my heart. When I saw this one with cf scales and a s30v blade I had to have it. Blade was centered and nice f&f. Only getting 4 stars because it was quite dull out of the box. Ran it over my sharpmaker and now it's hair shaving sharp. Serial # 0239.
Fit and Finish bit disappointing

Just got knife today was so excited. I really liked it until closer examination. Grind on blade is all WONKY one side is ground more then the other and a hump in the middle of the blade. I figure after I have to sharpen it myself I should be able to fix it. Backspacer not at all properly aligned, one end sticking out at bottom of knife and the other end pushed in. Really like the size and shape of the knife only disappointed with the finish. I am not sure what happened with this knife as all my other kershaws have been seemingly flawless?
What more can you want from a knife?
Hudson M.
I love this knife and take it everywhere I go. Even though I have many more expensive knives, i just keep coming back to this one. I find the cf to be much easier to draw out of the pocket than g10 and I really don't need that grip for 99.9% of the task I use a blade for. Can't recommend it enough!
Great EDC

I wanted a reliable EDC knife. I got one.
Yes, $100 is rather expensive, but the blade steel (S30V) is much tougher and holds it's edge way longer than the Sandvik 14C28N offered in the other skylines.

As for ergonomics, it's very easy to grip this knife and fits extremely well into your hand.

Flips right open and lock up has no play.

The only problem with this knife is the pocket clip. The knife sits a bit too high in-pocket for my tastes. A deep carry pocket clip would have suited this knife better.

Ignoring the pocket clip, this knife is worth every cent. Pick one up before they're all gone...

I was somewhat interested in a premium skyline and bought this knife mostly for looks. However, once I received this knife I was shocked in its quality and finish. The s30v blade sharpened and polished to a mirror finish. One of my favorite knives hands down! Great job bladehq. Please do not limit its production!
CF skyline

Just received mine today and am amazed how light this knife is. The carbon fiber is beautiful and the black blade really makes this knife a winner. Besides looks, the quality is there as well. Made here in the USA. Now if I could get the orange one.....
Should have done it sooner.

I like this little knife. BHq also gave me a free gift. Thank you BHQ. You guys are good. Real good. As far as the knife. It's a good flipper for 100 bucks. Lite, thin, and cool looking. Simple and awesome.
Also Fantastic

I don't know why I didn't just buy the set with Matching Serial#'s instead, I bought them separately, oh well
Action is smooth. Knife is sharp.
Some would question the $100 price tag, but a standard Skyline is about $40, and that is G-10 and a Sanvik steel.
Huge upgrade in materials with S30V and Carbon Fiber
