Smith & Wesson's Military & Police SWMP9 assisted knives utilize the M.A.G.I.C. technology, which stands for Multipurpose Assisted Generational Innovative Cutlery. This knife has a unique slide on the handle that activates the spring assisted action, or use the traditional thumb tab; either way the knife takes over and the blade automatically opens, locks solid, and is ready for nearly anything. The pocket clip on the SWMP9 series is a larger size than most and fits the design cues perfectly.
The SWMP9B has a black finished clip point style blade and black aluminum handle.
