Terms & Conditions:

Our goal is to maintain a fair, high-integrity program that rewards partners for quality traffic, accurate representation, and responsible promotion. By participating in the Blade HQ Affiliate Program, you agree to follow the guidelines below:

1. Eligibility & Approval

  • We accept social media and content creators with 1,000+ followers and/or high-engagement content.
  • We accept coupon and deal sites on a case-by-case basis. Approval depends on content quality, brand fit, and promotional practices.
  • We reserve the right to review and remove partners who do not meet ongoing standards or who promote illegitimate information, promos, etc.

2. Approved Brand Assets & Representation

  • Only use Blade HQ–approved logos, product images, copy, and marketing assets provided through our affiliate portal or team communications.
  • Do not alter brand materials in a way that misrepresents our products, pricing, or brand identity.
  • All published content should accurately reflect Blade HQ products, specs, and promotions.
  • Please contact Blade HQ for any custom creative needs.

3. PPC & Search Advertising Restrictions

To prevent channel conflict and protect our paid media ecosystem, the following rules apply:

  • No bidding on Blade HQ branded keywords, including:

    • Blade HQ
    • BladeHQ
    • Any misspellings, variations, or close-match terms
  • No bidding on branded product names unless explicitly approved in writing.
  • Direct linking from ads to Blade HQ is prohibited unless otherwise authorized.

Violations may result in reversed commissions and removal from the program.

4. Launch Dates & Information Embargo

To maintain fairness across all partners and protect sensitive releases:

  • Affiliates may not publish or share product information, launch dates, promo details, or pricing before Blade HQ has communicated official release timelines.

  • Early disclosure may result in:

    1. First Offense: Warning
    2. Second Offense: Temporary removal of access and/or reduction of commissions
    3. Third Offense: Termination from the program

5. Program Activity

Because of the nature of information shared with Affiliates, partners who are inactive for 90 days+ will be considered for removal to protect the integrity of the program, Blade HQ intelligence, and the quality of its partnerships.

  • Inactivity: significant decrease in interest, participation, or promotion for 90 days or more.
  • Affiliates will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

6. Program Integrity & Compliance

Affiliates must adhere to industry-standard ethical practices. This includes:

  • No cookie stuffing, ad hijacking, or unauthorized discount codes.
  • No misleading claims or false promotions.
  • No information leaks.
  • Compliance with all applicable advertising laws and disclosure requirements (FTC, platform-specific policies, etc.).

7. Termination

Blade HQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate who violates these terms or negatively impacts brand trust, customer experience, or partner fairness.

We may modify these guidelines at any time to ensure program fairness and integrity.
