This is the most famous knife brand I have never owned. I noticed a guy at my local coffee shop with the knife and he said he ordered it from Blade HQ. We talked about all the business we've given Blade HQ over the last several years and he let me play with the knife, so I ordered one and could be happier. Seems to be well assembled and good fit and finish. Maybe, I'm not as picky as some about the little things. The blade seems centered, no noticeable grind marks, smooth assembly, fast action with a very unique spring and firing mechanism. I will say do not tighten the pivot pin too tight. That will cause the lock-up to fail and not make it to the full extended position. You can tell because the release will be not all the way back to the full out position.

I would buy it again and I may buy the carbon fiber brother.
