The Alpha folding knife from Andre de Villiers is a masterwork combining functionality and personality. This one has a black CPM-S35VN steel blade that is over four inches long with a jimped spine. It swings smoothly on a ball-bearing system and has both a thumb hole and flipper opener; it can also be opened or closed with a flick of the wrist when the carbon fiber-inlaid button lock is held down. A safety switch on the side allows the blade to be locked in the closed position or provides an additional level of safety in the open position. It has a milled titanium handle in a gray finish with carbon fiber inlays that offers an extremely comfortable grip. A jimped, gray titanium backstrap with a lanyard hole and a tip-up, gray, titanium pocket clip complete the piece.
