The handle is just a bit thick and the rubber sticks to your pants, together they make it a bit difficult to pocket carry. The assist is also a bit strong for my liking. But I think those are all preferential negatives and fairly minor compared with the overall quality of the knife. The blade is a perfect shape to handle 95% of the tasks I use it for and holds an edge well without being too brittle, I've dropped my knife blade down numerous times with no ill effects. And the handle materials work really well for dirty jobs. I've gotten various chemicals and glues on mine at work and they clean off without damaging the handle at all. Overall this is a great knife and is my go to for EDC.
