Another Auto AXIS® destined to become a classic!
The Bedlam feature the Auto AXIS® pull release with integrated safety. Just pull back on the axis lock and the blade opens automatically. The blade is BK1 coated 154CM stainless steel (58-61HRC) with partially serrated edge. Features black G10 handle scales and tip-up reversible clip.
Just wow. What else more can be said?
I just received my 8600SBK and I am more than pleased with it! The safety gave me some resistance at first, but I suppose I am either getting better at it, or its breaking itself in overtime. All I can say is that the automatic snap is exactly what I thought it would be, and the 154CM blade is incredibly sharp and durable. The G10 handle honestly feels a lot better than I had feared it was going to. It's very smooth, but the scales provide all the grip that you'll need, and it never catches the fabric in my pockets! My only criticism is that the clip could be slightly thicker, but at least it's replaceable if it ever bends or breaks, which I highly doubt that it will. Other than that minor detail I absolutely love this knife, and it has definitely become my everyday carry! Buy it!
have always wanted this Knife and my state changed the law. Now I own itand it feels perfect in my hand. Works so well and is a work horse. Now it is my favorite carry !
Former Marine/Avid Knife Collector --- I am extremely impressed with this knife. I was a tad bit concerned that this knife would be more along the lines of a showhorse rather than a workhorse so to speak, but this knife is rock solid. The automatic function performs flawlessly EVERY time and you can be certain that a drop or two here and there won't do anything to harm your 250$ investment.
Wowza! This bad boy is a beast! Extremely sturdy, sharp, and fits perfectly in my hand in either standard or reverse grip. The action and lockup are awesome. The safety was a hair sticky at first but is getting better as I break it in. For its size I was expecting to have issues making this my edc, but it sits surprisingly well in my pocket and I notice it no more than my Emerson karambit. The standard blade was sold out so I purchased the serrated blade and am very happy I did; there is still plenty of a razor sharp edge and the serrations could come in handy. Overall, I am pretty much in love with this beast and will be taking it with me everywhere for the foreseeable future.
