Been carrying daily for about 6 months. Holds an edge really well and is the perfect size for edc. Plan on carrying for deer season this fall.
This knife reeks of your grandfather's Buck Ranger hunting knife, but with a new life breathed into it. Upgraded over the classics with an S30V blade and the axis mechanism, as well as the folding guthook, this is the only folder you'll ever need while out in the woods searching for game. The liners are fairly heavily skeletonized inside the scales to cut down on weight, which is nice.
Got the grizzly creak for hunting and boy is it sharp, plus great s30v blade 2 years of use and still crazy sharp. Very pleased.
I can’t explain how much I love this knife! I know it is meant for hunting, but I EDC’d this knife for a year and loved it. Only had to sharpen it once! And that was after having to cut through about 3 pieces of heavy duty, thick rope. The S30V steel is my favorite and it is just a great steel. Can't recommend this knife enough. One thing I don’t like is there isn’t much friction between the pocket clip, pants pocket, and the knife. Does occasionally get caught and fall out. Other than that it is a great knife!
