i really like this blade. it would of been 5 star is i didn't have to re-profile and sharpen the blade just wasn't a good cutter right out of the box looks cool, auto feature is nice and snappy worth the money good edc, would be a great edc with a deep carry clip.

This knife is wicked cool to look at, open and closed. the blade is hidden completely inside the handle and the profile is thin so this carries wonderfully clipped onto a pocket. However, it is not a great slicer due to the thickness behind the edge and needs tuning to obtain optimal opening tension. Have had a couple times where the knife open with such force that it came out of my hand or bounced off the stop pin.
Very nice

Received from another seller,as bladehq was out,and this being a limited edition, didn't know if they would get more.First off,a shout out to blade hq-in my opinion they are absolutly the go to place for high end blades. This particular knife (the one rceived)exhibits fine workmanship-impeccable finish, fit, lockup and quality.Just received my second boker(this one from blade hq,an urban trapper plus),and the same can be said of it,apparently the higher end offerings from boker are indeed higher end,ha,ha.Only downside to this Kwaiken auto,is it's so nice I'm uncomfortable using it for edc-it is a thing of beauty to me,(but it definitely appears sturdy enough for everyday use-just don't want to mar it in any way
Update,I've had this knife about two years now,and although I don't carry it all the time,it is in my edc rotation. After reading these other comments,I felt my expereince. bears mentioning. When I first got it,the action was so strong, the blade would bounce off the stop pin, then re engauge-it always locked up,but this was irritating. It was extremly hard to adjust the pivot, where it wouldn't do that, yet still lock up every time.I finally got it down, then after a week or two,the pivot would work its way loose again, and I would be back where I started.I finally put some locktite on the pivote, let it set for two days, and have had no more problems-its a very nice user, but be advised, you MIGHT have to adjust it,to get that action perfect
Oh and someone complained it wasn't a good slicer,WRONG-not the best,(the best being a full flat ground spydee endura,or police four),but definitly an eight out of a ten
Absolutely love this knife.

I cannot fault the fit or materials, nor the action and presentation.
I think itís a beautiful knife with an impressive action that locks up tight. Itís hair-poppiní sharp out of the box and the only complaint I can levy against it is that it seems to be more of a presentation piece rather than a knife to carry and use day-to-day. Leastways not outside of an vanilla, sterile gentlemenís environment.
Itís a great letter opener, but sweaty or greasy, or god forbid, bloody hands are going to have a hard time gripping this thing.
Iím going to keep mine.
Iím just going to to have to investigate ways to make the knife more practical though...and thereby be spending more money on it than I planned.
Snappy

Beautiful looking but a little too slippery. Very smooth aluminum surface. Toosmooth. With a very snappy opening. In fact it sometimes flies out of my hand if I am not careful. A little disappointed but itís still a beautiful knife
