Core Damascus
This version of the Core Chef's Knife is a masterwork. Its handle was lovingly crafted from one of the great wooden beams from the century-old Berg Castle, in Germany, allowing you to hold a bit of history in your hand. In addition, its blade features 300 layers of Russian Zladinox stainless Damascus steel that has great edge retention and cutting capability. So not only does this knife look phenomenal, it also performs at a high level. All 199 pieces were handmade in Solingen, Germany, by Boker's master craftsman. Pick one up while you can!

Chef's Knife
The choice companion for cooks all over the world, this knife is characterized by a wide, tapering blade, a fine grind, and a razor edge. It is the best known—and perhaps the best loved—culinary tool. One belongs in every kitchen.
