Simply Beautiful!
Danny L. on Dec 30, 2020

I can't speak of the heat treat as I've only chopped one onion. But I was carbon curious. Razor sharp outta the box. The knife itself is simply beautiful. I believe you'd be hard-pressed to find a nicer chef knife on the market for $60.00.
