This beefy tac pen was designed by David Cyr and Kevin Passon with a spring-punch located under the front cap. It is used by applying firm pressure to the glass, rather than striking it with force. The glass breaker recoils into the pen body and then fires outward breaking the glass in a safe and controlled manner. Item is compatible with Larry M-22 ink cartridge refills.
