The knife industry classic, Lucas Burnley-designed Kwaiken has just been revamped! The Stubby Kwaiken has a lot of the same design features as the original, but is as small as can be while keeping it's versatility. Easy to slip in to your pocket, this knife will follow you everywhere, managing day-to-day cuts with its incredibly sharp edge. With quick opening action, the flipper tab has jimping creating traction and keeping your fingers from moving up the blade.
Lucas Burnley's Boker Plus Kwaiken is an icon of the knife world, and comes in so many sizes and materials, you are guaranteed to find one that suits you!
I love little knives for office carry and this is my first Boker, I must say.. they did not disappoint.I used it to cut up a few small boxes the first day(came razor sharp) and it worked great. I would definitely recommend this classy little knife.
I love the Kwaiken Series through Boker. I was Super excited for this knife, overall I like it but I wanted to love it. It is a good size to fit in your pocket along with other things. It is a little heavy for its size and materials. I'm not sure if because its a stubby that they went with a stocky blade. For me the stocky blade in combination with the length of the blade takes away from the ability to cut cleanly. The CPM- S35VN is as sharp as you would expect it to be, but because of the stocky short blade once you get into what you are cutting it feels like its getting hung up and starts to snag. Overall great knife/ materials for the price, just has a few things that need minor adjustments.
Like: I like the design, size and the price. The action is very good. As soon as hit the flipper tap, the blade just shoot out. Dislike: built quality is on par. I don't mind to pay more for better built quality. Disappointed: mine cam with lanyard pin missing. Luckily I have 2 mm brass pin the fit so it's not so hard to add it in.
