I love this knife. If it gets dull, I run it across my sharpener (a 30 second job). There is a ton of metal on this blade and thus will last forever. I've had mine for over a year and consider purchasing them as gifts for close friends. I also will buy myself a spare as I can't see going a day without it in my pocket. They are VERY sturdy, well made, and useful.
It's a nice edc auto that you can carry even in California. My only issue is that it came really dull. I was able to run my fingers on the edge with no issue. Dull knives out the box is a big no no. It's a good thing I've learned to sharpen my knives. I was able to put on a sharp edge and now it's a knife.
I had purchased the Plus Strike and like it very much. After a few weeks, I then purchased the Stubby. Since I can only have a blade at work that is less than 2", I thought that I would give it a try. The knife was shipped very dull. I have tried to put a good edge on it, but I have not been able to do so. The blade is to bad, it chips. Like I said, the plus is very good for me, but the Stubby, I will have to put it away in a spot were it can sit by itself. When I read reviews, I take the 1 and 2 stars with a grain of salt. This is my honest opinion. I will stick with Kershaw. Would I buy it again? No
