It displays a santoku inspired blade shape with a wide profile, full-flat grind for exceptional cutting performance. At 4mm thick, the Bohler N690 steel blade can take on outdoor cutting tasks with relative ease. The fully contoured green canvas Micarta handle is based on Jesper's Saga chef's knife series and includes a breaker pommel and lanyard hole tube rivet for outdoor applications.
