Purchased this for my Dad he leaves the classic knife snappy action I will be purchasing more in the future. Blade HQ knocked it out of the park with the custom engraving
Hand this knife down to your kids this knife will last forever The feel of a buck never gets old this knife is perfect in every way thank you blade hq for making all my buck dreams come true great price lighting fast shipping every time Blade HQ RULES
This is my third 110 buck knife. Lost the first one. It replaces # Two which I still have after twenty years. I felt I should upgrade since Buck now offers it in an automatic. Well the knife arrived yesterday and what a knife it is! It is solidly built and ridge when deployed. The automatic action is quick and easy. I didn’t care for the new sheath. Had one of the original style which I am using for it and don’t see how the case could accidentally deploy the knife. Far as I can see at this point - Buck has knocked it out of the park with this one.
I love this knife. This will be handed down to my son. Built great, looks fantastic, blade is beautiful. Not my most expensive knife but now one of my favorites. Worth every cent. Want to buy the 112 next.
I love the knife, but I did think the handle was going to actually be fabric Green Canvas, and not just Green Canvas print. Aside from that the knife is a winner
The auto button works well and the blade slips open with determination The micarta is a polished version, no grip but silky smooth is mostly why I took off a star. That and the weight. Comes with a nice black leather holster. Wish I would have gotten the Elite version instead.
I love Buck Knives! I really love Buck Autos. That is why I was so excited when I received an email that this was back in stock. I ordered it, and when the USPS notice said it had been delivered, I drove straight home. What a let-down. I have plenty of Buck Autos, both conversions and made by Buck, and none of them have been this bad. First of all, it is probably someone else's return, because the box tabs were torn, the styrofoam sheet the knife is usually wrapped in was torn open (even though the other end opens!), and the knife was in the sheath. Secondly, the brass bolster was beat to heck. Lots of scratches, all similar in shape and size. Either a manufacturing defect, or the last owner was abusing it the same way every time. The blade felt like there was grit behind it every time I tried to close it, and there just wasn't any 'snap' to the opening. If I hold it top up, it feels like it just barely opens. Lastly, the opening around the button looks like someone made it with a Dremel tool instead of a CNC machine. Overall - extreme disappointment. It is either with my dear Buck for making a loser, or with bladehq for selling me someone else's loser. For 150 bucks, I expect a better Buck. FYI, I bought the Buck manufactured 110 and 112 and they were great. Not as snappy as the conversions I bought here, but nice enough with some oil.
