Buck Paradigm Spring Assisted Knife Black G-10 (3" Satin)

This model has a black G-10 handle and a satin-finished blade.

The Buck Paradigm is a spring assisted knife that employs a unique mechanism to make the knife strong and safe. The blade locks up using the new Bolster Lock. Simply push the textured part of the bolster toward the spine of the knife, and the lock is disengaged to be opened or closed. This unique mechanism makes this knife quite the conversation starter.

Feels solid with super snappy assist.

The good: * Interesting lock that is fun to play with. * I can deploy and close with 1 hand easy * The assist kicks hard! * Feels heavy in a good way, but not too heavy * Opening and closing is satisfying because there are 2 or 3 tactile clicks with each operation. The bad: * I wish the scales and the bolster had a similar look and feel. * Both sides of the bolster have a little play and wiggle under the finger if you try. At certain angles you can see light pass through so the frame and bolster are not completely together. I like it, but If I lost it the price might stop me from buying it again.
