The CJRB Kicker puts a new spin on the folding knife. This spin manifests mostly in the new Recoil Lock. This lock can be pulled from the right side, left side, or spine of the handle. A flipper tab makes blade deployment quick and reliable. With tough, quality materials, this knife is sure to perform well and last long.
Very cool design, although a bit chunky in the hand. However, detent was defectively weak so the flipper would only swing open, never flipped correctly once. My second knife from BladeHQ with poor quality control - not just fit and finish, but defective mechanism. The other is the Buck Vantage Pro, which even worse, had too early liner lock-up such that it would not lock at all.
