This manual-action Squid XM from CRKT is outfitted with blue denim micarta, a favorite handle material among many of us at Blade HQ. It looks great, feels great in hand, and it pairs perfectly with the sharp, black D2 steel blade. We're excited to offer this exclusive Squid XM knife and think you'll love this workhorse just as much as we do!

Description:
The CRKT Squid XM is a Lucas Burnley design that is the bigger brother of the popular CRKT Squid knife. This knife is designed to be used. The blade has a long portion of straight edge that will be easy to sharpen and will chew through packaging like nothing else. Near the point of the blade, a small section of belly makes precise, slicing cuts with ease. Another fun, fidgety pocket knife from CRKT!
Great knife for the price, really great actually. The micarta is awesome, and this knife is crazy sharp out of the box. CRKT does a great job with their action regardless of the budget price, I am usually impressed with how smooth they operate and this knife is no exception. Grind was a tiny bit off, but for $50 it’s not an issue. I’m impressed and glad I picked this up for my rotation. Get one, it’s worth more than the price you’re paying.
Super smooth pivot and, I can’t believe this, but out of my probably 100+ knife collection, it might be the sharpest. Maybe I got really lucky, idk. Oh ya, the blue jean micarta is amazing. I think this knife is worth at lease $80 tbh.
The Blue Micarta has a very nice worn jean color. The deployment is very smooth and the blade came very sharp out of the box. The knife weight is perfect in the hand and pocket. Will be included in my top five EDC rotation.
Sturdy, action works well open and close, aesthetic, razor sharp, grip is comfortable my only gripe is that the micarta is only on one side. I didn't notice it in the pictures before I purchased. Still a very nice knife though
Nice looking small folder and good deployment but the liner lock just grabs by a hair. Bought as an inexpensive gift but I feel I should probably warn the individual that this knife only has a moderately effective blade lock mechanism.
The Micarta scale is wow! Top notch. The factory edge wasn’t done right. And it isn’t black stone washed. It’s a coated blade so it will wear off. All around fun lightweight carry.
