This Blade HQ Exclusive CRKT Burnley Tuna features a satin finished blade with a green micarta handle.
Description:
The Lucas Burnley designed Tuna has the same bullet-esque shape as it's namesake, giving it some of the best geometry for cutting tasks. Just as a tuna can slice through the water effortlessly, the CRKT Tuna practically flies through packaging, food, wood, or anything else you may be cutting. The incredible strength of the steel frame lock coupled with the corrosion resistance and edge retention of the blade steel make this knife ready for daily endeavors.
Does this design stand out to you? The CRKT Tuna Frame Lock knife, it comes in different blade finishes and handle materials to fit right in to your EDC collection.

The tuna is a sweet knife...I want this configuration with the black finish and dlc blade.
first and foremost, the photo's do not do this blade justice. The micarta is slightly darker in person. IMO, the original Tuna was an almost perfect edc knife. The ergonomics are fantastic and comfortable, and the overall look made for a very attractive knife. While not 100% perfect, it quickly found it's way into my pocket more often the not. The upgraded S35VN is a much needed / welcome upgrade. The micarta on this one is very well done. While I'm okay with the price point on this thing, I do feel that they could have made the back spacer lanyard loop area out of some raw brass, and there could probably be some titanium on this thing. This doesn't take away from the knife though. This this is in my pocket every single day since It arrived on my doorstep, and will be in my regular rotation for the foreseeable future. The only thing that would make this knife any better would be a "murdered" out version. Give this thing some black micarta scales and with a black DLC coated blade and I'll buy another one. I'll have a whole school of tuna's then!
Love love love this knife! Takes all the great parts of the normal Tuna, and you kick it up a notch with micarta and s35vn steel. This thing fires open great and i wish CRKT took this sort of "higher line" approach with more knives, because this is fantastic. I highly recommend this!
This is a wonderful addition to the CRKT family. The upgraded steel, S35VN, makes an already good knife great. With nice ergos, flickability, and a weight of 3.3 oz for a 3.25 inch blade, it is well worth the price. Very comfortable in hand, with non-slip micarta, this knife is a winner.
I tried using this knife for some house projects and would see this being a good slicer for my needs out in the wilderness. There is a lot of steel behind the edge for any batoning if trying to do bushcraft projects.
First of all, let me start by saying I’m not the biggest Crkt fan, but I love blade HQ and I love American made knives and guns. Lol *UNFORTUNATELY* UPS lost my first package but BLADEHQ, being the knife hero’s that they are, sent me another one. Obviously I sent pictures of damaged packaging and UPS receipts and Return labels for damaged packaging, but it was honestly a heartbreaker because I was so excited to receive this knife xD! Doesn’t even matter though because… exceptional customer service *****Rebecca and Tiffany******, they’re just A dream team. I wish my package didn’t get lost but it Happened. Just shows how much BLADEHQ appreciates and cares for their customers. AnywWays, this is a fantastic knife I’m sure KURT was behind the creation and utilized all the materials with the copper ano’s. Really a beautiful UTILITY knife. Maybe Fisherman’s knife. Fantastic action and I do mean fantastic. S35vn blade steel, *amazing* The blade shape is nearly perfect for myself and my daily use, and it just looks incredible. P.s the action is amazing It has some weight but it feels durable. The ergos ****** The grip is a bit small for my hand, I have longer hands so it’s a bit narrow, but still pretty comfortable. When holding the knife closed in my hand it just feels amazing. Really a good design and I mean really. I was not looking to buy a Crkt, but I wanted everything this knife had and when I got it in hand, it was just amazing. 9/10 would recommend Also I love the pocket clip.
