The Graphite is a Glenn Klecker designed folding knife that utilizes his ingenious Klecker Lock mechanism. It has an open-built stainless steel handle with the integrated lock and black G-10 scales for comfort. You can open the blade using the flipper or opt for the thumb stud if that's more your style. It has a has a plain cutting edge, a satin finish, and a hollow grind.
Attractive to a person who likes something that looks like a machine - unusual but interesting combination of a flipper knife with a backlock. Not difficult to acquire the skill to open and close with one hand. More fun to do this than a plain old liner or frame lock. The weight of the blade contributes to a drop-shutty return of blade to frame. When unlocking, keep the blade parallel (or below) to the the ground. To me, a cool-looking knife. "Mad Max" gear.
This knife is well made and a real eye pleaser. Flipper action is very smooth and there are no real hot spots when holding the knife. One of my favorites in my collection.
