I'm a huge fan of Chaves' designs. I love the simple, clean lines. This is one of my very favorite knives ever, and I've owned a fair number. The scales are thick and the handle somewhat boxy, so it works well with larger sized hands. Like most frame locks, it has G10 on one side and titanium on the other. The deep jimping extends from the spine of the blade down onto the handle, so it offers a lot of positioning for control. It took me a bit to find the point at which I could flick the thumb stud for quick opening, but once I did and muscle memory kicked in, I was able to open it easily every time (with an extremely satisfying sharp click). And of course, there's Chaves' distinctive pocket clip, which needs nothing said to recommend it. In my opinion, this is what a knife should look and feel like. If I had one complaint, I think I would like it to be just a little bit larger.
