ESEE Knives Becker Signature Cooking Knife Series 1 (4 Knife Set)

This set of 4 kitchen knives from ESEE were designed by Ethan Becker, co-author of the famous cookbook, JOY OF COOKING. The Signature Series Knives have been at work for almost five years in his personal kitchen.

The four essential blades for the home cook includes a 7" Santuko, 6-3/4" Chef knife, 5-1/4" Santuko and 6" Utility knife. The blade are full flat ground German DIN 1.4116 stainless steel (hardened to 55-757 RC) while the handles are soft Santoprene rubber for no-slip grip and easy cleaning. Although these knives can be put through the dishwasher, Ethan recommends hand-washing these fine knives.
