The elegant Extrema Ratio BD1 Folder has a light thin blade that's made out of tough Bohler N690 steel that's been hardened to 58 HRC. Basically, this is a knife that was designed with the ultimate lightness in mind, but without sacrificing strength and durability. The weight, size, and sharpness is ideal for tactical maneuvers. The BD1 epitomizes the classic Italian style of a knife, with the sleekness of a stiletto. The light anti-corrosive anodized aluminum has deliberate machining for the knife user's secure grip.
