This 3 liter (100 oz.) Hydration Engine includes the bladder/reservoir, water tube, air tube and power bulb. The Hydration Engine is compatible with most other hydration packs.

The Geigerrig represents the next big leap in portable hydration system performance! There are many differences, but the pivotal difference is in how your liquid is delivered. Traditional hydration packs require the user to suck to drink water, but the Geigerrig utilizes a simple, yet brilliant pressurized set-up that sprays the water. The only effort required to get a drink is lightly pinching the bite valve with your fingers or teeth. It's a seemingly small difference until you consider how much more your hydration pack can do for you.

  • Spray to Drink
  • Spray to Cool
  • Spray to Clean
  • Spray to Share
  • Easy Care (cleanup & storage)
  • Clean H2O (see optional Geigerrig water purifiers)
  • Constant Water Pressure
  • Stable Load (no water sloshing around)

The core of the the Geigerrig is the Hydration Engine, which is a 2-chamber bladder of reservoir; one chamber is filled with your water or liquid while the other chamber is pressurized with air using the Power Bulb, which also has a depressurization button. The Geigerrig has simple, reliable quick-release valves to quickly disconnect you tubes from the Engine (bladder). The Geigerrig bladder has a wide-mouth opening and slide top closure. Another impressive feature of the Hydration Engine is that it's reversible (for drying out) and it's also dishwasher safe!

The thing I love most about this bladder is being able to have it pressurized. It's really nice on a long hike when you're sucking wind to not have to also suck water, it just flows right into your mouth. I've had this bladder for 3+ years now with no problems.
