Needed a couple of knives to have some backups and really liked the look and price of this knife. Unfortunately right after opening the box found the knife to be super gritty, so had to take it apart and clean and oil everything. Now it works fine, but I would have preferred not to have to do that. Had a few gerber knives before this one with no issues so it might have just been that particular one.
