Description:
This Fuse liner lock model sports a black GFN and stainless steel handle.
Looking for something new for your EDC collection? Say hello to the Gerber Fuse. This liner lock, folding knife steps up to the ring with a blended stainless steel and GFN handle with a modernized and rigid design. The textured handle and exposed liner jimping make this knife comfortable and provide a sure grip. The drop point blade is made of 7Cr17MoV steel and has dual thumb studs for easy opening.
Seriously love this knife. Yes it’s not as well made as my benchmade, but it’s like 1/10 the price. It’s been my go to edc, for the last few months. It feels great in the hard and in the pocket, It’s light but solid. Only thing is the “design” on the side wore off after after a few weeks of use, just cosmetic and I don’t care. I’m not sure if it was just mine or it’s a design flaw.
It is what it is, inexpensive Chinese made knife. The cheesy decorative plate on the side has partly lost some of the paint? off of it. It is sharp, I hone it regularly. Good edc, not afraid to scratch it up or abuse it. It is what it is.
The knife is impossible to one hand open, the pivot is very tight and the liner lock is awful, super tight and can't close one handed either. There's not enough room with the thumb stud to actually get in-between the knife and stud to open it, save your money and buy something a little nicer.
