The Ka-Bar BeckerTac Tool Knife Machete is a design collaboration between Ethan Becker of BK&T and John Benner of TDI, the Tac Tool smashes, bashes, prys, hammers and cuts. It is equally powerful at lifting stubborn hinge pins, prying open doors or windows, and hammering out glass as it is efficient at cutting 550 cord.
In addition to the Ka-Bar fixed blade, be sure to check out the folding knives that are sure to impress at Blade HQ!
This is the tank of machetes. I agree with the other comment that it doesn't come sharp as a knife but I have thinner blades to slice with. This will fight off a zombie like a hatchet then pry open a locked door to escape the rest of them. It sharpens like an axe and is nearly as thick as one. Personally, I've used it to hack out walking sticks on trails while backpacking since I haven't found any zombies yet.
The handle and the thickness of the pry bar knife is probably the only thing I like about it. It's disappointing that the blade, serrations & cord cutter doesn't come as sharp as I would like it to be. I have an identical clone of the Ka-Bar BK3 pry bar knife from LAPG that's razor sharp.
