Named for the family of birds crows belong to, the Kansept Korvid S will give you something to crow about! This little fixed blade cleaver is quite the chopping tool. The blade is made from S35VN, a tough steel that holds an edge, with a fuller (or "blood groove") for cleaner slicing and weight reduction.
