Cool little knife. Blade is centered. 80% lockup. Sharp. Quite the bang when you pop it out. Very nice for edc
The only problem I ever had with this knife is it's one of the only knives I ever owned that opened in my pocket more than once for whatever reason, one giving me a crazy deep cut in my hand. I sold it to a friend and have regretted it ever since.
What a cool knife. The wave design, handle, blade shape, size it all fits in this knife. I love the size and the wave is just to cool.
Great little carefree edc. First CQC I've owned and I can say I am a fan of the wave. I find myself getting the knife out even when I don't need it. The blade came uncentered but a small tune up will fix that.
Great little knife. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now, and it held its edge well. Touched it up on A Triangle Sharpmaker, and it's ready to go again. The Emerson wave feature, is addictive, and you will constantly play with it. Better than a fidget spinner, lol. Just be careful you don't tear your pants pocket. All in all, it's a great little knife, with a great price tag.
The more I use it the more I like it but it came really REALLY stiff... Couldn't even use the wave feature without practically pantsing myself, which in a defense situation could help or hurt depending on the attacker... It's a good size so it goes in the pocket great....after tuning it, everything is smoother and everyday it break from n a little more so in all not too bad... Emerson design at the Kershaw budget....good stuff
This was my first of 2 Kershaw Emerson knives. I bought this to see if I’d like the wave opener, which is ok, but I’m not a huge fan of the wave or the thumb disk opener. Both knives are well made and durable, but they didn’t impress me enough to carry either of them often. They are now sitting in my knife roll unused, maybe I’ll gift them to someone.
Quality edc. Surprisingly heavier than it looks because of the small size but deceptively sturdy. Great utility and better sound when it locks.
