The Cryo was awarded the "Best Buy of the Year" at 2012 Blade Show and it gets 2 thumbs up from us at Blade HQ.

The Cryo is a frame lock knife with a Hinderer lockbar stabilizer. The blade is deployed with a push of the ambidextrous thumb stud or flipper. The pocket clip is reversible for multiple carry options.

Great small knife
Ross F.
It's light, deploys lightning quick and takes a decent edge. My wife carries this one in her purse and really likes it.
A little small for lager hands.

Nice little blade for the money. If you have lager hands I would recommend the cryo 2 over this model. Good knife over all.
Great EDC

Great little EDC. Small, compact, and reliable deployment/lockup. Haven't had any issues or fails with it as of yet!

Have had this knife along with the other aluminum body version for about a year now!
Have only had to touch the blades up a few times.
Good Starter EDC

My cryo was my first “nice” knife. Upon becoming a fiend though, I now have more insight!

All around this is a great deal. The steel is meh, the ergos are good, features are great, blade design is sweet, centering gets thrown off pretty easily, that thin deep carry clip is great other than the side to side play they’re prone to, and it’s a hinderer designed knife- nuff said!
Great Knife

This was my first folding knife and I have not been disappointed. I carry it on me every day and has seen a ton of use.Only reason I give it four stars is because every so often I have to tighten the pivot screw to center the blade. Also, the thumb studs are pretty much useless. Their placing along with the strength of the detent makes the flipper the only option for deployment. Otherwise it has worked just fine with no blade play and solid build.
What a deal

Found these blades on Christmas sale. Found a quick review on line from TNF. Bought 4 of them for gifts. Upon receiving the blades I played with it. The build quality was awesome! Lock up was solid, blade was centered, g-10 handles has the right amount of texture, deep carry clip is sweet. A whole lotta knife for $25 bucks. Made in China is the only negative!
Good Knife with faults

Only a week after mine arrived in the mail, the assist gave out. The knife still works fine and I love it still. After I send it in for repair it will be again a good knife. G10 is pretty good and the 8cr13MoV keeps a fine edge. Lock up is solid. Good for edc
