I was looking for a thin, light weight, EDC knife to carry daily. I got a deep carry pocket clip for mine and love carrying this every day without noticing it. Now I just need to get some more colorful scales for it. Also M390!! Need I say more?
All around great EDC

Pros:
-M390, USA made and priced under a C-note!
-Great action and feels stout

Nitpicks:
-Sprint run (availability)
-Feels slightly heavier than it should for it's size

When I first got this knife, I told myself I would EDC it for at least one month before going back to my tried and true 940 Osborne. I then proceeded to carry this model for over 9 months straight (until I got a Bugout - variety is the spice of life). For the money, you will be hard pressed to find a better overall EDC.

QT is great on this knife. Feels sleek in the hand. My T-bar broke on mine, sent it in, and they fixed it for free. Will update review if this happens again. So far so good, with a strong action.

M390 steel at this price point. For that, it gets 5 stars. It's hard not to overlook its faults because of its value.

What's great:
Sharp out of the box and handling its duties at the warehouse just fine.
The assisted opening is snappy.

There are a few things I would change about this:
1. Add a choil. The 3 inch blade can get a little unwieldy without the ability to choke up.
2. I have small hands, but the handle is pretty thin so grip can be a bit funky. It sometimes wants to twist when I'm using it.
3. The aluminum handle can be slippery. You really have to make sure you have a good grip on this thing.

It's not a perfect knife and it's not even my favorite knife, but for the price point and quality of steel, it's a steal. =)

Great little knife. Great blade. M390 steel? Are you kidding me? Kershaws have been hit or miss for me, but this little guy is fantastic. Ergonomics are pretty good. One complaint is that this is a deceptively heavy knife considering how small it is. It is not well balanced, although that doesn't mean a lot to me.

I've owned several Kershaws, but this is my first one made in the good ol' USA. I say one, but I actually bought three, and all three are impeccable. Centering is dead-on, grind and sharpening is consistent, and fit and finish is top-notch. Ergos are great, and the SpeedSafe deployment is reliable with good punch. A quality build, made in the USA, with top-of-the-line blade steel, all at a bargain price? Yes please!

As mike stated, this is a great knife made even better with the upgraded Bohler M390 steel! This is a great little slicer, a lot like the popular Kershaw leek and with this awesome steel it will hold its edge for a very long time. Just bought my 2nd one, since you canít get a better knife thatís made in the USA, has fantastic customer service, and one of the best steels on the planet.
