Description:
The Federalist from Kershaw is a non-locking knife with a double detent mechanism that either holds the blade open for cuts or keeps it safely secure in the pocket. This pocket knife is USA-made and is surely a sweet piece of eye candy. The traditional design is quite accepting for modern traditional collections! If you're wanting to gift a coworker, family member, or friend, this knife is sure to bring back memories, or be the perfect EDC for creating memories.

This is a traditional beat-it-to-death knife! I am using it now to slice my lemons to put in my beer. It will soon be used to cut up my steak. Excellent steel, unpretentious. Use it on acidic food, and fatty foods, wipe and continue. The springs are such that you need not worry about accidental closure. Ahh, I am 69 years old so the "walk and talk" of a knife is a standard for me. The Micarta handle is, shoots I'll say it, like a four ply paper towel. Show a little dampness without compromising the knife. To me this means getting it gunky with out staying gunky.
