My wife carried a Baby Boa in her scrubs for years. Way way way too small for any kind of self defense, but an extremely effective and handy sharp edge to have when you need one. After several years the locking mechanism stopped working. I could probably have taken it apart and worked on it, but it's kind of a goofy knife to begin with so we replaced it with a more realistic Spyderco Chaparral.
