Finally! A Solid Wharncliffe!

CPM S35VN means CPM S30V with less fears of chipping! That's the first part that's great about this knife, and Kizer in general. You get a ton of value for you money on this blade, I LOVE the stonewash and blade stock because it screams TOOL.

This knife has a reverse tanto for ability to puncture, while still have the benefits of a Wharncliffe shape, which is awesome and makes the knife feel very functional and robust. The titanium also feels great in hand, and has a beautiful blue TI deep carry clip.

With all its great features, it does suffer a few negatives, but no deal breakers. The bevel came a little wacky on mine, but no big deal since that can be fixed. The titanium body does show scratches as well, so keep that in mind if that will bother you.

However, all of these are fine and don't affect anything greatly, but what is really distracting is closing the blade past the detent. I don't know if it does not include a ramp carved into the blade, or if it just isn't deep, but this can cause an unfortunate amount of concern when closing one handed.

Overall, great steel, great scales, AWESOME blade shape (I'm partial to Wharncliffes), and wicked deployment! Fantastic value, and I challenge anyone to find a better Wharncliffe for the price.
Buy it!
