This Uprising model has a clip point blade with a stonewashed finish and a titanium handle. The Kizer uprising features a utilitarian design for negotiating any and all of life's tasks. It has an ergonomically contoured titanium handle that rests at home in the hand. A lanyard hole and pocket clip provide comfortable carry options. The large clip point blade fires out of the handle with a flipper and Kizer's bearing pivot system. A titanium pocket clip finishes off this stellar Uprising series of knives.
Features:I now have not only the Kizer Uprising in Wharncliffe, but now in the drop point as well. Both of them are high-quality knives. The ergonomics of both knives are top-notch. There is nothing bad I can say about this knife. It is just a very well made knife all the way around. The lockup is spot on and it flips like a dream. It came scary sharp right out of the box, which is usual for Kizer. Just another great knife from Kizer.
I really like this knife. The blade flips out with little effort. It is comfortable in the hand.It is a solid knife. On sale now at Blade Hq.
I love my Kizer knives. I have not been disappointed once and I have a half dozen of them. The Uprising Clip Point Titanium --and I have bought both styles. Classy , sharp , sturdy , effortless ballbearing quick opening . Strong opening like a Auto. Just love it. So I am waiting on the other -Uprising Wharncliffe Titanium. AND they are reasonably priced for the quality you get.
The uprising has premium materials and is a objectively great value. The titanium handle is very prone to scratches. The titanium milled pocket clip is very stiff (but that's always an issue for me from clips of this nature). The action on the one I received was a bit sticky and there was some very minor lock stick. Both issues were solved with some love and care (lube and graphite). Generally I highly recommend this knife at this price point.
