The Kizlyar Supreme Sturm is a sturdy fixed blade with a resilient build. It features a full-tang AUS-8 blade with a satin finish and prominent jimping for added grip and control. ABS core Kraton handle scales offer exceptional comfort, and ensure the knife stays firmly in hand during use. Includes a MOLLE compatible Kydex belt sheath.
I have taken the Kizlyar Supreme Sturm on three outings where I used it to chop down small trees, strip branches, baton, make feathersticks and wood shavings, carve tent pegs, and remove the bark from a small tree trunk to make a walking stick. Even with all this use, the Sturm was still sharp enough to push-cut paracord, leather, and nylon webbing with almost no effort. But not only did the edge hold up, so did my hands due to the comfortable, grippy Kraton-coated handle scales. If you want an ergonomic and aesthetically-pleasing utility/tactical fixed-blade that instills confidence and a pride of ownership, the Sturm is definitely a knife to consider closely.
