The Meiji 8" Chefs knife is a spectacle of a knife that functions supremely well in the kitchen as well. Its blade built from a core of FC61 stainless steel and an etched exterior Damascus shell from stainless steel and nickel. The edge is mirror polished, and the blade is very thin, making for extremely high performance cutting. The handle is made from Pakkawood.
Zwilling J.A. Henckels teamed up with Bob Kramer and built the Kramer line of knives, some of the finest kitchen knives on the market. Each one is built with supreme craftsmanship and utilitarian design. The Kramer line is easily recognizable by the iconic Kramer three-circle mosaic pin in the handle of each knife.
