great knife for under $50!

about the same dimensions as a Benchmade Autospike 1000 but with a little more heft from the blade and steel. fast opening with either the thumb stud or the cleverly hidden auto button. i am not a fan of liner locks just because it hurts my thumb after a while of opening and closing knives that have them, but the other features more than make up for it. it came from the factory scalpel sharp...
Nice hidden release

Love the hidden release, just looking at it you'd never know. One of the reviews commented his wasn't very sharp-mine is VERY sharp. I like the overall look and quality of the knife. My only complaints and the reason it only gets four stars are that both screw slots are a little stripped and initially it would only open 3/4 of the way when the button was used-oiled it up a bit and worked it back and forth-works perfectly. I may get a second one.

I love the hidden release, it's pretty responsive; that's the best thing about this blade along with the price. The polymer handle is very comfortable and full of tacky grip but not sticky like tape or syrup. It's nice to see this made in Germany rather than China. I don't see the hype with all the "quality" China made knives today, even with We Knives, Real Steel, etc. American, German, Japanese, Swedish, Swiss, Italian, South African and Israeli knives. These countries with a few exceptions make the best knives on the market.

Oh! Back to the knife, so the steel back of the blade is very smooth, but too slick, my blade came very off centered, but I'm sure I can tweak it. It's not very sharp, kind of dull actually; the liner lock seems strong but I have my doubts about it. Just for fun I tried using the thumb stud to see if it flips open, it doesn't work well at all, but it's a very discreet knife which is excellent. For a knife that's .67 inches in width, it sure as helk doesn't feel like it. I'd recommend it.

This knife is made in GERMANY, it feels like it was made in GERMANY. The lines are good the best auto u can get for the money. I have about 20 knives from HQ. But this is my favorite by far.
