Customer Reviews

the best lightweight medford you can find.
Jess S. on Jul 16, 2022

excellent EDC. lightweight at around 4 oz, which is great for a Medford. great carry for summer, including in basketball shorts. Excellent fit and finish all around perfect centering and grinds. bank vault lockup like all Medford. this one sort of has a stonewashed anodizing, not the shiny, and like on other Medfords that pick up fingerprints. Very happy with this purchase.

really falls short

The cutting bevel was totally off. Huge smile near the sharpening choil. So much lock stick I could barely disengage the lock. Super sharp frame lock thumb engagement. that coupled with the lock stick made me feel like I was going to cut my hand and I'm a rock climber... I got pretty tough and strong hands. Sent it to the warranty (which cost $20 and over 5 weeks) and they sent it back off centered and there was still a prominent smile on the bevel even after resharpening. They did fix the lock stick. The blade now touches the handle when I try to opening the knife and because of the proprietary hardware I cant fix it... so now I have to spend another $20 and wait over a month again for them to tighten a pivot screw? for how much money did I spend originally? Not to mention the finish is totally inconsistent. The plunge line between the flat and hollow grind is totally messy and the anodization on the handles is an inconsistent color. Really disappointing but especially disappointing for the price
