The Microtech Hera II is the bigger, better version of the original Hera. Not only is it nearly twice the size, but it's twice as easy and comfortable to use—which is saying something since the original Hera was already a joy to operate. But what really sets the Hera apart from other Microtech OTFs is how classy it is, with its double fuller blade, titanium ball pocket clip, and distinctive styling. The Hera II dials it up a notch, keeping the former attributes but mixing in single-screw construction, polishing off the sleek look.
