The Microtech Scarab II was designed to embody the best of each Microtech knife style and does so fantastically! This latest Gen III version has been upgraded with a super smooth, super strong double spring system powerful enough to fire the blade underwater. Contributing to the smooth action is the milling in the thumb slide cut-out; affectionately dubbed the "crud cutter," it reduces friction while breaking apart lint and other debris to facilitate consistent, effortless operation. The Scarab II's handle has chamfered edges set with 3M inlays, which enhance grip purchase without tearing apart your hand or pocket.
