The Japanese inspired Ontario Agilite Santoku knife is an excellent chopper, slicer and mincer. The 6.75" sheepsfoot blade is made from Sandvik 14C28N stainless steel. A black Kraton handle is comfortable and ergonomic, allowing for extended use with little to no fatigue. Translucent amber accents provide an elegant touch.
